Abstract441)   HTML    PDF (2087KB)(128)
The effects of calcination temperature, liquid⁃solid ratio and pH on metal recovery were investigated in this work. The influence of the ratio of raw materials, calcination temperature, calcination time, liquid⁃solid ratio and water immersion time on the conversion of alumina was investigated by orthogonal experiment, and characterized by N2 physical adsorption desorption,XRD and SEM.The results showed that 94.0% molybdenum and vanadium could be leached out with the calcination temperature of 800 ℃ and liquid⁃solid ratio of 5∶1.Furthermore,97.6% of the molybdenum ions could be recovered when the pH reached to 1. Through the orthogonal experiment, the recovery conditions of alumina were determined: the ratio of raw material to solid was 1.5,the calcination temperature was 900 ℃,the calcination time was 3 h,the ratio of liquid to solid was 5∶1,and the water immersion time was 15 min.

Investigation on the Hydrotreating of Processing Inferior VGO

Abstract749)      PDF (2131KB)(239)
Targeting on hydrodesulphurization, hydrodenitrification and hydrodemetallization from inferior VGO, hydrotreating experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of various hydrotreating conditions on the quality of the hydro-products. Meanwhile, variation of the components and its corresponding change of macroscopic properties were also analyzed on the basis of three types of inferior VGO. The rates of hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrogenation and hydrodemetallization were improved with the increase of reaction temperature. Compared with raw oil, hydrogenated oil has a low 95% point distillation temperature and density, and the content of sulfur, nitrogen and metal in the produced oil is greatly reduced.

Abstract479)      PDF (1802KB)(369)
The effect of reaction temperature, hydrogen partial pressure, LHSV, V(H2)/V(oil) on the VGO hydrodesulfurization was studied and the trend of sulfur content in hydrotreated oil was also reflected based on correlated curves which were established on process conditions. Moreover a macro kinetic model of VGO hydrodesulfurization was set up and kinetic model parameters were correlated and validated by experiments. The results show this model held prediction accuracy.
